Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may use the RaddBot service. By using RaddBot, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use RaddBot to distribute spam, phishing, or malware. You may not impersonate other businesses or individuals. You may not use the service to collect personal data without proper consent. You may not use the bot to provide medical, legal, or financial advice as a substitute for professional consultation. You may not use the service for any illegal activity under Saudi Arabian or applicable law.
API and Rate Limits
API access is available on the Business plan. You must not exceed reasonable rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage tracking. Automated bulk operations that degrade service performance are prohibited.
No Spam or Abuse
Do not use RaddBot to send unsolicited messages, auto-trigger conversations without visitor initiation, or flood the widget with automated queries. The proactive greeting feature must be used responsibly and must not mislead visitors.
Content Standards
Content you train your bot on must not include hate speech, explicit content, copyrighted material you do not have rights to, or intentionally misleading information. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content your bot uses to respond.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. For first-time minor violations, we will attempt to contact you before taking action. Severe violations (spam, phishing, illegal content) may result in immediate termination without notice.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter a RaddBot-powered chatbot that violates this policy, report it to hello@raddbot.com with the website URL and a description of the issue.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to address new types of abuse or comply with regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email.
