Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for RaddBot subscriptions. All billing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. We want you to be satisfied with RaddBot, and we offer a fair refund policy to back that up.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with RaddBot, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or within 14 days of your most recent subscription renewal. No questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. To request a refund, contact us at hello@raddbot.com or use the Paddle billing portal.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Billing and click "Manage Subscription." This opens the Paddle customer portal where you can cancel, pause, or update your payment method. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account downgrades to the Free plan. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Prorated Credits

If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, Paddle handles prorated adjustments automatically. You only pay the difference for the remaining time in your billing period.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider. Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After the 14-day window, annual plans may receive a prorated refund for the unused portion at our discretion. All refund requests must be made within 60 days of the transaction date.
