By using the RaddBot service, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
RaddBot is a platform for building AI-powered chatbots for websites. The service reads your website content and creates a chatbot that responds to your visitors in Arabic and English. We reserve the right to modify or update the service at any time.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. One account per person or business entity.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes. This includes not sending offensive or misleading content through the bot, not attempting to hack or disrupt the service, not using the service to collect personal data through illegitimate means, and not reselling the service without written permission.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. You can cancel at any time and will continue to benefit from the service until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax compliance, and refunds. Intellectual Property
RaddBot, its branding, and its software are our intellectual property. Your website content remains yours. By uploading content to the service, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of operating your bot.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that bot responses will be 100% accurate in all cases. You are responsible for reviewing bot responses and ensuring they are appropriate for your customers. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, we delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh.
